Another game, made with the paranormal pocket-platformer from l0bster - a Zak-Fan-Game!

Do you remember, when Zak, Annie, Melissa and Leslie saved the earth? When the Caponians tried to reduce the IQ of every human being to single digits? If you answer i yes, you are probably pretty old.

In the year 2022, exactly 25 years after the Caponians tried to take over the world, mankind has an other alien-problem. They. Are. Back. This time the stupidity machine does not destroy brain cells with a 60Hz signal - making phone calls is outdated.

The new way to make humanity the dumbest species alive is even worse: Social media. With their evil social media apps they control what people believe. Their algorythm  approves every piece of nonsense and reduces the attention span of users to a minimum.

If you read this description until here - congratulations! Seems like your attention span is okay.

Help Zak, Annie, Melissa and Leslie once again. Save the Cheerleader, save the world! Okay, there is no cheerleader. And to be honest, there is no Leslie either because I ran out of tile-slots. But hey, play it anyway to honor one of my favorite Lucasfilm games!

This game features

  • Aliens with funny hats
  • 4-way-scrolling..... in some levels
  • Some references to the great original game by David Fox
  • Pyramids! So many pyramids!
  • Pixels, sharp as the picture of Zaks TV

Thanks to Lucasfilm Games, David Fox, Matthew Kane, Ron Gilbert and David Spangler for creating Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders,! Hail to the two headed squirrel!

Zak McKracken and The Alien Mindbenders and all it's characters are property of LucasFilm Games.

I never played the original game but now i've gotta find it!

This was a blast end to end, the difficulty was just enough to keep me engaged- that foot race was quite the challenge!

Knowing the limitations of pocket platformer's tiles it's extremely impressive how different you made all the stages feel!

The ways the obstacles were used I felt were very creative, some great ideas (that I can't wait to steal ;) !

Awesome game man!
